The Iloilo provincial government has allotted P250,000 as support to Dinagyang Festival which is the major tourism activity here in Iloilo city and province.

Dinagyang 2009 Fireworks Competition
This year’s Dinagyang Festival will feature three nights of fireworks competition from January 23 to 25.
“It will be spectacular,” promised Mayor Jerry Trenas.
The fireworks will be launched at the vast car park of SM City Iloilo in Mandurriao district.
